RenaissanceRe 2025 Sustainability Report A Message From Our CEO About This Report Sustainability Strategy Our Portfolio Our Partnerships Our People Our Operations Our Communities Our Governance Metrics and Performance Looking Ahead Appendix 40 Strategic Community Investment In 2025, we financially supported approximately 500 charitable organizations and committed 1,275 employee volunteer days to community programs and charitable organizations. Employees are provided with two days annually to volunteer their time and expertise. This combination of financial support and direct engagement allows us to contribute in ways that are practical and locally relevant. SPOTLIGHT Bermuda Micro Forests Project RenaissanceRe is a founding partner of the Bermuda Zoological Society’s Micro Forest Project, which we helped establish in November 2021. The project supports the creation of dense, native forests across Bermuda. In 2025, employee volunteers helped restore Admiralty Park by removing invasive species and planting native vegetation, contributing to local biodiversity and community resilience. Partnerships and Educational Initiatives Our community programs include internships, apprenticeships and scholarships focused on expanding access to education and careers in insurance. Key initiatives include: • RenaissanceRe Undergraduate Scholarship (Bermuda): Providing up to $25,000 per year for four years, awarded based on academic achievement, leadership and community engagement. • Reboot Program (Dublin): Supporting career re-entry and skills development in the local community. • UK Apprenticeship Scheme: Creating structured pathways into insurance careers for school leavers and early- career individuals. Our 2025 scholarship recipients are Jessica Bucher (left) and Esi Naylor (right).
