Energy and Emissions Management Since our baseline year, 2019, we have reduced our absolute location-based GHG emissions by approximately 29%, from 18,522 tCO2e to 13,059 tCO2e in 2025. This reflects improved energy efficiency, changes in office utilization and greater visibility into emissions through enhanced data systems. Over the same period, emissions per employee have fallen from 36 tCO2e to 13 tCO2e, a reduction of approximately 65%. Where available, we aim to procure electricity from renewable sources, with our London and Zurich offices using 100% renewable electricity.
